The Hydra-Sports is setup for anglers (4 maximum) to enjoy both the nearshore and offshore fisheries in safety and comfort. Ammenities include a custom enclosure for the center console, and a private head with sink and shower.
With no obstructions, the Contender is ideally suited for the fly-fishing and light-tackle enthusiast (2 or 3), from expert to novice. Trolling motors allow a stealthy approach, even in the shallowest of waters.

Whether it's fishing the inshore waters of the Westport and Sakonnet Rivers, Cuttyhunk and the Elizabeth Islands, the Thames River in early winter, or the offshore grounds for tunas, shark or cod, your enjoyment, safety, comfort and angling success is my business. To make the most of your trip, please bring sun lotion, hat, sunglasses and appropriate clothing. NO HARD LIQUOR ALLOWED.

The captain fishes according to both state and federal fisheries regulations. You can elect to keep the catch. I encourage participation in the American Littoral Society, Cooperative Shark Tagging Program, Massachusetts DMF, and the National Marine Fisheries Service tagging programs.
